THE Industrial Building Company Limited (IndBuild) was created by David and Karen Kirby in February 1998 to provide a quality service to the industrial and commercial building market specialising in the design and build of structural steelwork and cladding of buildings for the industrial and commercial market.

IndBuild strives to be honest, innovative, flexible and interesting. IndBuild uses integrity and good practices at all times and we endeavour to provide a "quality service for quality customers".

We undertake works from 10K to 2M throughout the whole of the UK. Our philosophy is to treat each client, new and existing as if they are our first ever client, we use computer-aided design and technical facilities combined with the technical expertise of the staff, produce detail drawings, outlining the construction from the abstract to the final design of the building. The professional, highly motivated and happy teams of staff coordinate the tasks from tender stage to completion of project and their technological expertise allows them to find the most competitive solution for their clients' needs. Using fully experienced site operatives we erect the buildings in a site safety conscious manner. We aim to provide the best customer service and the best on-site service.

IndBuild stands for quality not quantity, we want to be known as a quality company providing a top quality service giving top quality returns. We want to make our customers more successful because of the service we provide them, in turn we become more successful as the repeat orders roll in.

IndBuild has seen its workforce increase two-fold since it started trading in 1998 and has seen turnover increase ten-fold. We work hard to achieve our first-class reputation.

We also pride ourselves on giving something back to the community, and we have raised money for local projects and support charities both locally and nationally.

IndBuild prides itself on being a highly successful business that offers a professional and efficient package, and offering alternatives to specified materials without sacrificing quality or safety as well as delivering contracts on time or early.

We have built our reputation from scratch, and its fair to say that we have achieved what we set out to do - and much more along the way - to change the negative perceptions of the industry.
